Bill has practiced law for over 40 years, focusing on municipal law, tax certiorari (reduction of real property taxes), commercial litigation, real property litigation, land use (zoning, variances, site plans), and contracts. During that time he has served as an attorney for numerous municipalities in Westchester County, beginning with a six year stint as Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of Harrison. Currently he is Counsel for the Town of Mamaroneck, a post he has held for almost 20 years.
 

Many cases handled by Costantino Fragale, Esq. have been featured on the first page of the New York Law Journal and several appellate decisions in which his clients prevailed have become official citations in the court reporters.

Salvatore is an attorney and accountant whose main area of practice is elder law and special needs planning which consists of estate planning, wills, trusts, probate and administration of estates, Medicaid planning, asset preservation, nursing home and home care planning, guardianships, and planning for individuals with special needs.

Joanna is an attorney whose practice is focused in the areas of elder law, trusts and estate planning, Medicaid and long-term care planning, probate and estate administration, special needs planning, and guardianships.
